I had another successful week with Personal Trainer Food.  I am down a total of 23 pounds since Feb 1, 2016.  I have been have been really good following this simple program.  One of the things I really like is how everything is all prepared for you.  Last week work was so busy and I worked late a number of days. Most of the week I didn’t hardly leave my desk ~ unless you count the 7-8 times I had to go to the bathroom from all the water I am drinking! It was great just popping my lunch in the microwave and having something that tasted great to eat.

When I got home from work I didn’t have to worry about what to make either.  I just pulled a veggie and a protein out of the freezer and heated it up.  Rex even ate a couple of my meals and he was very impressed at the flavor and taste. What an easy way to make a good healthy meal.

One of the other things that I found I had a hard time getting in last week was exercise – but I still managed to get in my steps!  One thing I have been doing is making sure every two hours was to get up from my desk and walk!  I also make sure that while my lunch is heating up I keep moving. These are little things but they add up.  Have you ever noticed that thin people are always moving?  I know a girl at work who is thin and she is always moving even if it is just tapping her foot.  That is something I am trying to do. I am also getting a new desk at work.  This one I can adjust so I can stand or sit and plan on standing so that I can move more.
