I finally found a wallet that Rex likes! I think this is the 3rd or 4th one I got for him.  This wallet is from Onyx and it arrived in a nice box ready for gift giving.  It also is RFID blocking wallet for men.  It is a made from 100% leather that is soft.  The wallet itself is well made and looks like it will last a long time. It has a smooth embossed pebble texture.

He likes that it is a bifold wallet and holds a number of credit cards.  It also has flip down clear window that he puts his bus ticket in.  It also fits great into his pocket – not too big but fits everything he needs in it.

It is also RFID protected – which will help prevent identity theft.  One of the new ways people steal your card numbers is with a device that can read through your wallet.  This is called electronic pick-pocketing.  With this wallet Rex won’t have to worry about that happening.

I love crafts and this year I decided I would learn to do something new.  I found this book The Botanical Hand Lettering Workbook: Draw Whimsical and Decorative Styles and Scripts and I just love it!

I really like The Botanical Hand Lettering Workbook: Draw Whimsical and Decorative Styles and Scripts.  The book gives step by step instructions on how to draw a number of different letters.  There are also practice pages so you can draw your own.  I think the letters are very pretty and with the  instructions pretty easy to do.  It will take me a bit of practice to get mine looking like in the book ~ but I find it really relaxing.  I now can make my own cards and invitations.  The time you take to create a special card for someone will make it better than any gift you could buy.
