I found another great company that makes some great snacks that are fat free, 100% natural, gluten free and GMO free. The products come from Sensible Foods®. Our snacks are transformed into Crispy, Crunchy treats kids and adults eat like candy. I tried 4 different snacks from Sensible Foods®. The first one was the Oasis Blend which contains an exotic blend of Peaches, Mango, and Banana and Nothing Else!®. I really liked the combination. I also tried the Cherry Berry which has Cherries, Strawberries, Blueberries, Apple and Nothing Else! ® The next fruit one I tried was the Orchard Blend which was my favorite. It contains Peach, Apricot, Apple, and Nothing Else! ® What is great about these snacks is each pack is equal to 1/2 cup fresh fruit – so you get a serving in each pack. It last on the shelf for over a year.

I also tried the Sweet Corn Crunch Dried Snack it contained Organic Corn dusted with Natural Sea Salt and Nothing Else! ®. I was surprised by the great sweet flavor it had.

My Review:

This is the third book of the Misty Harbor Inn and I have liked each one. In this one Sam wants to add the Summerfest Baking Contest – but isn’t sure it is good enough to win. The winner of the past 4 contest is not above dirty tactics. The 3 sisters are also trying to uncover a mystery of what happened to Hannah Montague. They find a new secert passage and also find out some interesting things there Mother never told them. Once I started reading the book I couldn’t put it down. I am sure you will love this book as well as the first two like I did.

Beanfields Healthier Snacks Review

In my search for things that are good for you and good tasting I found some great tasting chips called Beanfields. These chips are made out of beans. Why beans? There are many reasons why – here are just a few:

Beans are rich in nutrients including fiber and protein
Beans rarely cause an allergic food reaction
Beans are an affordable protein source
Beans fix nitrogen in the soil
Beans take less water to grow per pound than any other protein source

What did I like about Beanfields Healthier Snacks? I liked the taste and distinctive crunch. They also come in some great tasting flavors including Nacho, Sea salt, Pico De Gallo, Salt N’ Pepper, and Unsalted. My favorite was the Pico De Gallo ~ it had just the right touch of spice for me. You can eat them plain or try some salsa with your chips.

Beanfields chips are much better for you than regular chips they are a complete protein, have less fat, more fiber and complex carbohydrates. Here is a snack you can feel good about treating yourself too and eat anytime anywhere.

I am always looking for great tasting snacks and recently I tried these Pistachio Chewy Bites from Setton Farms. I really liked them – they have only three ingredients pistachios, cranberries and agave nectar. I love pistachios and cranberries so I knew I would like these bites and I was not disappointed.

There are a number of things I like about Setton Farms Pistachio Chewy Bites they are Heart Healthy, 100% all natural, gluten and dairy free, very low sodium and a great source of dietary fiber. They are the perfect size and individually wrapped so they are great to grab and go and they stay fresh. I found they are perfect for lunches and my desk drawer. I find that eating these Pistachio Chewy Bites helps me not get as hungry in the afternoon ~ and because they are 100% natural I can feel good about eating them.

Setton Farms is a family owned business and have been around since the 80’s and are the preferred California pistachio supplier. Blue Donkey Iced Coffee Review

I love Iced Coffee and recently I found a great one. The first thing you see on their website is Crazy Delicious and it is! It’s Blue Donkey Iced Coffee. It is one of the best tasting iced coffee’s I have ever had.

Just opening the bottle of Blue Donkey Iced Coffee I could smell the great roasted aroma of coffee. I knew it was going to be good by the smell. Tradewinds Tea Review

On a hot August day there is nothing better to me then to drink a nice cold glass or bottle of ice tea either at home or when I am out enjoying the sun. Tradewinds Tea makes some really refreshing and tasty teas.

Tradewinds Tea started brewing Sweet Tea in 1992 and today the offer a whole line of bottled teas including Diet Sweet Tea, Sweet Tea, Extra Sweet Tea, Half & Half Lemonade Tea, Lemon Tea, Unsweet Tea, Green Tea with Honey, Diet Green Tea with a Touch of Honey and Raspberry Tea. My favorite was the Raspberry and the Half & Half Lemonade Tea.

I am sure you have all had or seen Jamba Juice locations. I am not sure that you know you can purchase their smoothie kits in the freeze section at most stores. Jamba was the first to bring frozen smoothie kits to the freezer section. They have a number of great flavors.

Rexy’s favorite is the Caribbean Passion with this exotic blend of passionfruit, mango, strawberries, and peaches. He has now found a new favorite. We have been trying to get more fruit & veggies in our diet and now Jamba has a Fruit & Veggie Smoothie. Now he likes Green Fusion™ which combines green apple, mango, pineapple, kiwi, banana, broccoli, spinach and spirulina to offer a sweet yet hearty smoothie appropriate for morning commutes, post-workout recovery or a better-for-you snack. Each eight-ounce glass contains just 120 calories* and provides a full serving of fruit. In addition, each glass provides 100 percent of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) of vitamin C, 40 percent of the RDA of vitamin A and 25 percent of the RDA of vitamins D, E, K, B1 and B6. I love coffee and drink it almost every day. I also like like frozen coffee but hate paying $4 or $5 for a drink. I can make my own drinks at home and they are a fraction of the cost and they are delicious. They are so easy to make – you just put the frozen coffee blend in the blender with one cup of milk, blend, pour and drink. Look how good this looks. I of course had to add the whip cream and a cherry. It tasted great and was very refreshing.
