Chicken Cordon Bleu in a Garlic Bread Bowl and Giveaway
  • Pre-made pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup ham cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced onion
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • ½ jar Alfredo sauce
  • Parmesan cheese and green onion for garnish
  1. Roll out crust and cut circles out dough
  2. Place dough in pan
  3. Mix melted butter and garlic together and brush onto each bowl
  4. Place in preheated 350 oven and back until lightly browned about 10 minutes
  5. While the crust cooks do the following
  6. Heat olive oil and butter in pan
  7. Saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic till soft
  8. Add chicken and ham to pan and heat until hot
  9. Add Alfredo sauce and mix heat until bubbly
  10. Build your bowl by adding chicken mixture top with Parmesan Cheese and green onion.
  11. Serve with a green salad and enjoy!
