Crispy Taco Rolls
  • 8-10 egg roll wrappers
  • ½ pound taco flavored ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup slice onions
  • ¼ cup dice tomatoes
  • ¼ cup slice olives
  1. Oven should be preheated to 425
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
  3. Place one egg roll wrapper on flat surface ~ I laid it down so it looks like a diamond
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons meat in center
  5. Top with cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives
  6. Lightly wet the edges of the wrapper with water
  7. Fold the wrapper in half by taking the bottom corner up to the top and press together
  8. Wet the sides a bit more and fold the bottom side corners in and then roll the rest up so it forms a nice round shape
  9. Place rolls on prepared pan, spray lightly with cooking spray
  10. Bake 6 minutes and turn the rolls over
  11. Bake another 5-6 minutes until they are golden brown.
